PARAMETERS  FOR NEURON WITH SYNAPTIC ACTIVATION AND BACKWARD SPIKE

All compartments with Ca  and K_C need  the calcium concentration from pool 1 ([Ca,1]).
All compartments with K_AHP need the calcium concentration from pool 2 ([Ca,2]).
(see  the description for calcium dynamics).

Channel conductance densities:  [S/m2]
Ra for all compartments: 0.75 [ohm*m].

Soma compartment is spherical,  all other compartments are cylindrical.

Labels for columns: If parent = '.' then parent = previous compartment.  Names starting with 'a' correspond to the apical tree.  Those starting with 'b' correspond to the basal tree.   In the axon's definition 'AH' denotes axon hillock, 'is' initial segment, 'm' mielinized portion and 'r' Ranvier node.  K_DR for axon is K_DRA. Values in channel columns are maximal conductance densities.

K_A channels: In distal compartments (d>100 µm), K_A is distal (K_Ad). In closer compartments, proximal (K_Ap).
