A Geostationary Satellite

A geo-stationary satellite wich keeps constant its distance to the Earth has been simulated in the applet below. The universal data have been computed using a different set of phisical units. Variable MS becomes in this case the mass of the Earth, expressed in megagrams. The effect of the Moon on the satellits's orbit is illustrated by performing a double simulation in the presence and in the absence of the Moon.
